Georgetown-Lewes Trail

Gordons Pond Trail

Located in Cape Henlopen State Park, Gordons Pond Trail follows the western side of Gordons Pond, a 900-acre saltwater lagoon. Explore two World War II observation towers and take in the Delaware maritime wildlife.

This Delaware State Forest offers more than 44 miles of trail for hiking, biking, and running! The most popular trail is a four-mile loop around the 1,836-acre Headquarters Tract. Runners will spot hardwood trees and loblolly pine as they explore this sandy trail.
