    Dual Island Gourmet Kitchen

    • There are two different kitchens available for the Jerry:

    1. Standard Kitchen
    Features Energy Star Appliances, including Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Disposal, an extended large area peninsula with a flat eating bar and a large pantry. An optional island adds extra counter space and storage.

    2. Dual Island Gourmet Kitchen
    Includes all the standard kitchen features with a Dual Wall Oven and a 36" Cook Top instead of a range, added cabinets reconfigured to form two islands. The larger island has a large flat eating bar on one side.

    Choose the breakfast nook extension or morning room for additional dining space.


  • Second Floor

    • Three plans are available:

    1. Unfinished Storage - for storage only (674 sq.ft.)

    2. Bonus Room - A large comfortable finished area with an optional full bathroom or the bath can be roughed in for later finishing (approximately 674 sq.ft.)

    Includes continuous foam insulation on the floors, walls and ceilings. Added insulation reduces the energy loss by more than 50%, making this a comfortable year round living space.

    A separate HVAC system is provided with the bonus room, allowing you to only heat or cool it when in use.

    This space is twice as large as a typical bonus room, making it perfect for a variety of uses.

    3. Study and Playroom Option - can be used as a fourth bedroom and includes a full bath (674 sq.ft.)

  • Owners Super Bath and Powder Room

    • Bathroom Options:

    Super Bath Tile Package - Includes the Powder Room, Super Bath, and garage extension
    along with an additional 29 sq.ft. of living space when the second floor option is selected

    Special Powder Room Option - Expands into the garage. The only home of this type on the market with an optional Powder room

    Owner's Super Bath - Expands into the garage, a two foot garage extension is recommended when selecting this option

    You can mix and match the Super Bath, Laundry Room, Power Room, and Standard Owners Bath

    Adds 48 square feet


  • Morning Room

    • The Jerry Morning Room offers additional light airy space off of the Breakfast Nook. It includes seven windows and sliding glass door, but is comfortable year round because of the Insight windows.

    Adds 210 square feet


  • Sitting Room / Office

    • The Jerry Sitting Room offers additional space off of the owner's suite with the flexibility to function as a separate office when combined with the Morning Room.

    Adds 150 square feet


  • Basement

    • The Jerry Basement Option is available in three different plans:

    1. Completely Unfinished - adds an additional 2,140 sq.ft.

    2. Finished Basement Option - includes a full bath and adds 926 sq.ft. of finished living area and an additional 1,214 sq.ft. of unfinished storage

    3. Finished Basement Option - offers a full 1,584 sq.ft. of finished living area with bath and an additional 556 sq.ft. of unfinished storage area

    Additional basement square footage can be added if the Sitting Room, Morning Room, or Living Room Extension are selected on the First Floor. These areas will be finished based on the adjacent basement area finish.
