    4. Dormer with two windows - for extra light (63 sq.ft.)

    5. Attic Walk In Storage - over the garage with plywood floor only (Available on Hampton & Heritage Models)

  • Dining Room Conversion

    • The Dining Room can be converted to a office or bedroom on the first floor. The doorway to the kitchen can be left open or closed completely. The office is available with a single or dual door, and with or without a closet. The bedroom option has a single door into the hall, and closet with an optional door to the kitchen.


  • Gourmet Kitchen

    • There are two different kitchens available for the Whatley:

    1. Standard Kitchen features: Energy Star appliances, including refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, an extended large area peninsula with a flat eating bar and a large pantry and an optional island.

    2. The Optional Gourmet Kitchen includes: all the standard kitchen features with a Dual Wall Oven and a 36" Cook Top instead of a range. The optional island is included with the gourmet kitchen. Choose the optional 4' great room extension or optional morning room for additional dining space.


  • Morning Room

    • The Morning Room is available in two versions, square or angled, depending on customer preference or local codes. Both include Insights high performance windows and doors which reduce heat loss and gain, making this a bright, comfortable space in all seasons.

    • Standard Bath 9'-7" x 8'-10"
    Includes: 60" Vanity w/Dual Vanity Sink, Tub Shower,Toilet and Linen Closet Optional Shower or Tile Shower Available

    Second Floor or Basement Access: When the Second Floor or Basement Option is selected the Breakfast Nook is reduced by 3'-2" in width

  • Basement

    • The Whatley Basement Option is available in three different plans:

    1. Completely Unfinished which adds an additional 1,765 sq.ft.

    2. Finished Basement Option which includes a full bath (757 sq.ft. of finished living area and an additional 823 sq.ft. of unfinished storage)

    3. Finished Basement Option offers a full 1,125 sq.ft. of finished living area with bath and an additional 455 sq.ft. of unfinished storage area

    Additional basement square footage can be added if the Sitting Room, Morning Room, or Living Room Extension are selected on the First Floor. These areas will be finished based on the adjacent basement area finish.
