Insight Homes is the dream of entrepreneur Rob Lisle. Frustrated with homes meeting minimum standards and codes while ignoring modern technologies, Rob set out to see if it was possible to build an all around better house. He experimented under the guidance of the Department of Energy, multiple building science companies and the American Lung Association. Insight Homes is Rob's goal realized as they now lead the mid-Atlantic as the premier provider of highly efficient, highly affordable and healthily built homes.

Insight Homes is a Delaware new home builder and creator of the Super Home. Insight builds award winning "green" single family homes that are in the top 1% in the nation for energy efficiency. Each home also includes spectacular features, systems that create healthier air quality and advanced construction techniques that add to the integrity and value of the home.

Insight Homes is located in Bridgeville, Delaware and has traditionally built new homes in the Southern Delaware market place. This includes over 20 individual communities and a "build on your lot" program. These communities range north from the town of Milford to as far South as the Beach towns of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Ocean View and Bethany Beach.
