We toured a number of homes in Sussex County and were drawn to Insight Homes for several key reasons: energy efficiency (ahead of curve RE: code guidelines), quality despite production build, desirable floor plans, and the competence and friendliness of the team.
Chesa is kind, caring, patient, honest, and keenly aware of Insight’s models, elevations, and communities. Nikki is a design guru—patient, kind, organized, and careful not to impose her will. Mike is a savvy, competent builder who communicates well and has a great sense of humor. Heather is a treasure—an effective communicator, fair, kind, compassionate, and an advocate.
