[Insight offers] very nice looking Models and floor plans. Although there are many communities with mega-amenities, you pay mega-HOA fees to go along with that and for someone who is looking to retire there, the HOA fees would be extremely burdensome to someone on a fixed income. The Woods at Stonewater has the right amount of amenities at the right HOA fees. Chesa Uson was a wonderful sales person. We are from another state and had to communicate regularly with her. She was patient accommodating and a valued partner in the home buying process. Bottom line, she was just great!!! You can't say enough good things about Nick (site supervisor). He was great! Very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. You know you were dealing with someone who was compassionate about his job and the company he represented. It was a great settlement and we really enjoyed working with Bonnie and Tina. [At completion] everything was clean and ready to move in. Very satisfied. Great overall experience! We are so happy we chose Insight homes. Very well built and care taken in every process. This is what homeowners want and that extra care will result in positive comments to others especially via social media which is so important today. That little bit of customer TLC goes a long way to promote Insight Homes.
