I think it is important for you to hear (most likely again) how OUTSTANDING members your Customer Care Team are. Nikki has well exceeded any of my high expectations I had going into this venture. Her responses are immediate, concise, and always provide the associated details. In the event when she is conducting a selection session, the balance of your CCT including Heather (Executive Director of Customer Relations) jump right in and also provide immediate responses. I would be remiss if I did not mention Chesa Uson also. Chesa, was so very patient with me and understanding. I was jumping between Coursey’s Point, Cattail Creek, and Baylis Estates, before ending up at Anchors Run.
